The short version
I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and nothing else. No advertising trackers, no user accounts, no marketing database. I do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Information you choose to send
If you contact me or submit a testimonial, you may provide your name, email address, company or project information, testimonial text, publication permissions, and anything else you include in your message. The forms send those details through Formspree so I can receive and reply to your inquiry. You can also choose to email me directly instead.
Messages and testimonials that you send may be used to respond to you, discuss or provide services, keep ordinary records, and, where you give permission, share your testimonial publicly. Correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.
Routine technical data
Like most websites, the hosting provider and services used to deliver fonts or code may automatically receive limited technical information needed to serve the site, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, and time of access. This site currently loads resources from Google Fonts and a third-party content delivery network. Their handling of technical data is governed by their own policies.
This site also uses Google Analytics, which collects anonymous usage information such as which pages are visited, how long visits last, and the general region visitors come from. Google Analytics may set cookies to do this. I use that information only to understand how the site is used. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.
I do not use that technical information to identify visitors, build profiles, or target advertising.
Children under 13
This is a general-audience professional portfolio. It is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If you are under 13, do not use the contact form, email me, or send any personal information through this site. If I learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been received, I will delete it promptly. A parent or guardian may request deletion through the contact page.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information I have about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw from future communications. Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, resolve a dispute, or comply with law.
Outside links and changes
This site links to websites and social platforms that I do not control. Their privacy practices may differ. This policy may be updated when the site or its practices change; the effective date above will be revised when that happens.
